The coaches are wonderful, not just in improving their skills, which they do, but in helping them to learn what it means to be a part of a team and to enjoy themselves. The coaches and diligent, kind and caring, allowing the kids to flourish in a safe and welcoming environment - no shouting on the sidelines, no admonishing for mistakes but also not losing the desire to be competitive and improve. Too many Arsenal fans in charge but you can’t have everything.'
